I visited this practice some months ago and while the doctor behaved professionally, I was extremely offend by the conduct of one of the receptionists. The receptionist very rudely told me that I had to go to the nearest ATM immediately to withdraw money.

This was during corona times, unnecessarily putting me at risk by requiri ng me to pay more visits to the practice. This was also strange as the invoice states that there is a 1 month period within which the invoice can be paid, and included details for a bank transfer. I said I would go home and and do a bank transfer instead. After returning the next day to speak with reception and having to wait 30 mins to get confirmation of being overcharged, and having to deal with the rude receptionist , I was given no apology for being excessively overcharged, and again treated very rudely.

The receptionist who provided the invoice was was rude, aggressive, and a bully. Furthermore, I can agree with previous reviews that the rug in the waiting room looked quite dirty and unhygienic, and windows were all closed despite the risk of corona. The 6.
